@Chrissie431 By handset do you mean phone? Or are you referring to a remote control? If the latter a remote control for what?

Also you post ha s been moved from the email board as that is not an email route to Sky but is intended for customers with Sky/Yahoo email issues.

@Chrissie431 If you mean your Sky remote, do you have another remote control you can use, like the one that came with your TV ( unless you have Sky Glass )?
