I am not connected to sky yet an engineer is coming to set it up tomorrow, but i have received 2 boxes, I am not sure why? Also I asked someone who phoned me from sky about what channels want.

asked for a few different channels with sky sky sports included. But I no longer want it, how do I go about cancelling the channel?

@Lemmy2 if it's Sky Stream you ordered, you set it up yourself: there's no engineer installation. This is a bit muddled, so probably best to call Sky. You can find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home
