I am still having the problem, all the channels/ TV us not working, say Get connected ( enjoy everything all in one place, including your favourite apps and sky shows , when you connect to the internet. and showing no Internet sign.

@Stanley16 press the WPS button on your Sky box, and within 30 seconds, press the WPS button on your router. That's the simplest way of connecting your Sky box to the internet.

Are you a Sky+ customer and if so have you put in an order (and perhaps cancelled) for Sky Q ?
