My ski is all over the place although I can watch all my sites the programs are not showing properly

When I turn my tv on my first screen is not working write if I go onto the next page I can get all my channels but the last page is not working at all. My bedroom tv is not working at all it is telling me to re start it again I can't watch it or get any Chanel's at all I am going on sky digital on Monday so I'm leaving it till the 16th as I'm not very good with technology .
