I was watching TV yesterday without any issue until about 3.30 and it suddenly went off with a "No satelite signal" error message being shown.

I didn't think to much of it as I had received a text message from Sky the previous day to say there had been issues but they had been fixed. But if further issues occurred to turn the box off at the mains and do a reboot to the system.

I did think it may be an issue with the weather yesterday but there is nothing but blue clear skies today and I still can't watch my tv programs or record the ones I'd like to watch later.

I can still watch things via the apps but not from the schedule.

I look forward to this being resolved soon.
