I have sky glass and recently got the free discovery + but when I searched for the program Sherlock and daughter it doesn’t find it, am I doing something wrong?

Try just typing Sherlock and see what options come up.

Edit: Are you sure it's a Discovery+ programme? I've just typed Sherlock in Discovery+ and nothing came up.

This programme looks to be possibly coming to Discovery+, but Geektown has it down as an unknown date for 2025.

So no official date is yet showing for it in the UK.

It looks like it was going to start airing in April but it seems likely this has been pushed back when I've looked into it elsewhere online.

Maybe they are waiting until all episodes have been aired and released as a boxset, hopefully they don't wait until HBO Max UK launch in early 2026 to add it.

I asked Discovery+ about this yesterday and was told "Hi Andrew, thank you for your patience while our programming team has looked into your enquiry about Sherlock & Daughter. They have confirmed that we have no information about when this show might be made available on discovery+, however, I'll pass on your interest as feedback. As soon as we do hear, we'll post it on our website and social media platforms so look out for updates! Kind regards, Janet"

I pointed them to a number of articles announcing that it was starting earlier this year and one even stating that it had aired.

Don't get your hopes up about this series. I watched a few episodes of it on Max whilst I was working in the USA a few weeks ago. It's terrible.

Really cheap looking, poorly directed and a total waste of David Thewlis as the lead actor. It's painfully Americanised and doesn't work on so many levels. I couldn't finish the season, and gave up after episode 4.

One of the thing about those articles on tv series, they run very much to templates and fill I the blanks.

The blank fillers tend to be a bit robotic
