Can’t access Discoveryplus

I am a Sky subscriber and also pay for TNT subscription. I have tried to access discovery plus to watch some other televised rugby matches but keep getting asked to scan a QR code and upgrade my Sky subscription????

I have been assisted by the Sky Technical team on Saturday but to date I still can't access Discovery plus despite being a TnT subscriber
