When I am watching ITVX I keep getting buffering. I have tried everything to fix it and nothing is working

As this isn't related to Sky Go (where you had posted this) can you tell us what platform this is happening on, so is it Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

ItV X is not available via Sky Go so are you trying to access it via a Sky Glass, Stream or a Sky Q box ?
