There's a 96-page thread about it elsewhere on this forum. Presuming you have Sky Q, then reboot it by unplugging the Sky Q box at the mains, wait a minute, then plug it in again &amp;amp; follow the on-screen instructions. I did the same thing 10 minutes ago &amp;amp; my Sky Q box is now working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
