Indefinitely, as long as the Sky subscription remains in place. Presumably Warner Bros Discovery Inc could choose to change this situation as they see fit, and the scheduled arrival of Max in the UK next year might well trigger such a thing.

The Max app (basic with ads) will be included with Sky 'at no extra cost'
