Once they have done this you need to change the password on that Netflix account. Also if you have used the same combination of email address and that password on any other account i'd suggest changing that password on all other accounts where you are also using it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4387783"&gt;@Box&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;By all means do as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1539369"&gt;@MarkGoldsmith&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has suggested, but before you do, and this may be tricky with it being in Spanish, but after you log in click your login avatar and click on manage profile, I think it is 'Gestionar perfil', there is an option in there to change the language.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
