Sports Box Office order problem

Hi, I ordered the Benn v Eubank fight using my phone (as I was out) and it is showing as part of my predicted next bill, but I can't see the programme on my Sky Box to watch it.

@MarkD72 To watch via box you needed to order via the remote or this weblink (1st option)

That isn't actually correct as you can order online to watch it live (as you can not set a recording for it) and you should have access to the repeats:

@caesarome I beg to differ the op is saying they can't view via the box so they obviously haven't ordered via one of the options I posted

If so do you see the repeat broadcasts as being available to watch over the next few days so they appear in your scheduled folder ?

Thanks. I didn't realise that. I'm not going to be able to watch it. Is there any way I can get a refund do you think. Would I have to call Sky?

@MarkD72 Only by calling sky can you request a refund but normally refunds have to be requested before the live event start time so you may be out of luck
