You would go to the app store on your TV and see if it is available. NOW is not available on all TV operating systems. If it isn't then you can buy a Firestick, Roku, Google TV or Apple TV device and download it on there.

Adding to what @BenJoBanjo said, some TVs come with some apps preinstalled and Now may be one of those even if you didn't add it yourself.
