      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi yesterday we agreed on a new 2 yr deal which included Netflix on 2 devices, which worked fine yesterday but today the 2nd device is wanting payment details to continue watching but it's part of our package - HELP&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For clarity, that's Netflix Standard with Adverts (in HD) which is now the lowest tier they offer.&amp;nbsp; Netflix Basic no longer exists.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The upgrades are to Netflix Standard (no adverts) which is two screens in HD, and then Netflix Premium which is four screens in UHD.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
