      <description>&lt;P&gt;That error message would imply you used a different email address for your Netflix account in that case, particularly if you can't reset the password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have other email addresses in use that you may have used for Netflix? Alternatively perhaps you made a typo in the email address when setting up the Netflix account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
