Ownership of the dish transferred to the occupier. If the satellite signal is working okay Sky are unlikely to replace it free of charge.

New Sky dish

Just phoned Sky to ask if we can get a new dish. When we moved into the property two years ago sky used old sky dish left by previous owners. As we where renovating we didn't mind but phoned today to see if we could get a new dish was told it would cost £60 plus call out fee. We pay £100 + a month and as we'd not got a new one previously thought we'd get a new one now.

£60 is the standard call out, try getting it cheaper via a 3rd party 🙂

Is your old dish actually malfunctioning? If not then why change it?
