Hi. I find I can't watch cycling now that it's TNT via Duscovery+. I've spoken to Sky who were very unhelpful and said I'd have to speak to Discovery +. That's despite the in screen message saying to contact Sky! We have the premium Discovery+ and shouldn't have an issue. Has anyone else had a problem please?

I'm currently trying to watch live cycling and getting this message,

Hi @Anonymous can you watch it on Discovery+ on other devices?

Im wondering if TNT when bought via BT has limitations and maybe it doesn't allow you to watch it on Sky. I'm just hypothesising though, but it would be good to know if you can watch that on your phone for example?

@Anonymous if you are paying bt directly for tnt sports on sky then it's a bt account issue not a sky one, so you would need to speak to bt to resolve

Hi. Thank you for your help. It appears the issue is with Sky. Sky Streaming does not have viewing cards. The system expects a viewing card number.
