Have recorded Channel 5 Au Pair on my Sky Q box, but it says there are no subtitles. According to the programme details they should be available. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas why this is not available?

That is probably a question for Channel 5 themselves so have you tried checking the Catchup version instead to see of subtitles are listed as being available ?

@chris10cc it's absolutely laughably bad. I wouldn't bother.

It's in English. Only the first 5 minutes is in French
