      <title>Access to Netflix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason we can't seem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to be able to play Netflix through Sky even though we have it included as part of our package. It says our profile lock is on and is asking for a PIN. None of our obvious PIN numbers seem to work and when I follow the prompts to reset it, it asks me to set up a new plan with payment so I stop the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
