If you have a Sky package which includes Netflix, then you can't have the household sharing feature on the Netflix account ( Netflix don't allow this for accounts managed by third parties like Sky). (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sharing-your-netflix-account)

When you first logged-in to Netflix on your Sky device it would link your Sky and Netflix accounts together.

It sounds like you need to create a new netflix account for yourself, and allow your daughter to keep hers. You can then ask Netflix customer support to unlink your Sky account from your daughter's Netflix account and you will then be able to link your Sky account with your new Netflix account as per https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

Netflix not working

My daughter used to pay for Netflix before we had Sky, she moved out over a year ago but we could both still watch Netflix but recently we can't now so I'm presuming my house is still part of her package if you know what I mean? I have recently renewed Sky and Netflix was working fine but these past few weeks it keeps coming up that my household is not connected and it's in my daughters name but I do have Netflix in my Sky package but I can't seem to sort it! Any help would be much appreciated. Just be warned I am not very good with technology.

Many thanks.

Some time back, Netflix removed the option to share a Netflix account.

What you are seeing is the Netflix Household screen. This new option is to stop people sharing their Netflix to friends and family. Was ok once, but recently, as I mentioned has changed.

You can only now, watch Netflix that are all on the same household broadband or wifi for devices like TVs, Sky boxes and the like.

You will need to create your own Netflix account and get Sky to convert that to a Sky billed one, to have it working within your household and on your broadband and wifi.

There is a long help article with all the details here;

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sharing-your-netflix-account

Any further questions, come back here for further answers.
