cant get some channells and we pay for sport

We pay for sport chennels but my husband cant get channell 413 so what has happend as he always used to get it. It states we have to pay again for this channel so 2what going on.

Eurosport is channel 413 and closes tomorrow.

Ch 413 is now TNT Sport 3. Eurosport (which was 413) is now 417 but as advised closes tomorrow.

PLEASE HELP I HAVE BEEN 1HR TRAYING TO SORT THIS OUT. I CANT GET INTO CHANNEL 413 BUT I PAY FOR SPORT. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED BEFORE WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD ACCESS TO 413. PLEASE INVESTIGAATE

@northroad 413/414 have moved to 417/421 but they will close permanently from tomorrow

to continue to receive the content the channels showed you will need to subscribe to tnt sports
