Check if the volume works.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Ii had this problem with my sky q a few weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be worth a try to open an app on the tv (not through your sky box) like netflix, disney plus, youtube etc) and see if the sound works there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does, check if it has returned to your sky box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe it might help them. It might not, but no harm in trying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me, it took 1 minute to do, and involved no rooting with cables (which as a person with a physical disability, it can be very awkward and It would&amp;nbsp; always make me nervous that I might break something)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
