Why doesny my sky netflix show previews? My other devices do!

Same here. Hasn't for about a year. Sky told me they were working on it. I've either missed the fix, or they are struggling.

Not just me then. Really annoying. BTW sister has Sky and previews playing on her box. What's up @Sky

It's weird, cause on our sky mini box we still get previews, just not on the main box in the living room. I've just started going into via the tv directly rather than the app on sky. Pretty crap though.

I have had the same with my sky q box in the living room... no previews but working on mini boxes in bedrooms. Been going on for around 1 year now
