Why when there is adverts now which have grown in length, the scores disappear and we have to put up with adverts instead of having them in smaller screen so we can still see live scores. Sky is getting worse instead of better

Testing this, coincidentally on an ad break now

On sky showcase 106 and sky sports main event 401, you are correct

On sky sports Pl 402, Sky sports Football 403, and sky sports news 409, they do keep the score screens on.

So you can watch with the scores on on 402, 403 and 409 (409 is included in the entertainment/signature packs)

I am watching GSS on channel 409 and didn't notice losing the score updates at the bottom of the screen.

I noticed this too, but realised that I was inadvertently watching on Ch 412 (having previously been watching the earlier football). Switched to 409 and the vidi printer stayed on.
