    <description>&lt;P&gt;Get your daaughter to login to her Netflix on a PC or through a browser on&amp;nbsp; a phone/tablet and under devices, it will show your Sky box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Remove that device and it it will remove the stuck login from your Sky box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;By the way, which Sky box type do you have, Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot access Netflix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter came to visit and accessed Netflix via her account whilst at our home. We have since taken up a Sky package with Netflix but we can't access it, it defaults to my daughter's account every time. We've tried getting her to log out, we've logged out, but almost every time it defaults back.&lt;BR /&gt;The one time we DID manage to access Netflix programmes, we could only get the highlights shown on Sky home screen.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how we can get the Nwtflix package we are supposed to have through Sky??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS I tried phoning Sky and they were no help at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
