Netflix billing through Sky is applied to the first Netflix account credentials used to sign into the Sky device (which sounds like it is was his account)

Netflix through Sky doesn't permit additional (out of household) users and so his television elsewhere is now generating a challenge code.

We have Netflix as an Ultimate Tv Addon. Occasionally we can't access it as it is somehow still connected to our so sons details who used to live here.
It says 'your tv isn't part of the household account and we have to get him to enter a code at his home.
we need this account to be registered with us as it's our account and we are paying for it
