VIP cinema tickets Noriwch

Anyone happen to know why the VIP cinema screenings are never at Norwich any more? I've been looking for months and Norwich is just never listed. 😢 We used to go quick regularly, even got to know the lady who was always on the door. Seems strange they've just cut Norwich out.

Not seeing anything in the T&Cs that limits Norwich.

But, make sure you are not trying to book the following at a VUE Cinema that are not part of the offer;

• Voucher codes can be redeemed for tickets to showings from Sunday to Thursday only. Excludes Friday and Saturday.

• Voucher codes are not valid for Event Cinema Screenings (which include live, encore and recorded screenings of Anime, Comedy, Dance (including ballet), Events, Family Animation, Film Festivals, Foreign Language Films, Innovation (such as lectures/talks), Knowledge (such as documentaries), Limited Releases, Music, Opera, Re-Releases, Special Previews, Sport, Theatre and TV); Premieres; Special Events; Mother and Baby screenings; Last Chance to See; Our Screen; Senior Screenings; Movie Marathons (multiple films for one price); Scene Screens, Screening on Friday and Saturday.

You can check your emailed codes to see if they are valid, before you book;

Check your codes at www.myvue.com/voucher-checker to understand if there are any issues. You will see detailed information on why the code is not working.

Sorry, that isn't what I mean. I don't mean the free tickets you get for having sky cinema. I mean in the VIP section, in app, they do free cinema previews for upcoming new films. They are selected cinemas around the UK, usually including Norwich but for some reason they've not held any at Norwich for quite a while now. I'm just wondering if anyone happened to know why.

I think @Manda345 is talking about the occassional Special screenings offers in the Vip app for all sky customers, not the Vue sky cinema offer.

Manda, you could email viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk as they may be able to help.

It is mainly customer helps customers on the forum.

For the VIP events, the best place for such questions is to send an email to the Sky VIP ticketing team at

support @ skyticketit.com ( without the spaces around the @ sign)

They are for programming enquires for issues like this it is the ticketing team that can be contacted via this email address - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
