I have recorded “Tsunami Race Against Time” on National Geographic. I have watched 1-3, but it won’t let me watch episode 4, telling me I need to upgrade my subscription. Why ?

Have you recorded in HD or perhaps UHD when you don't subscribe to the relevant package. Can you access the catchup version in either SD or HD ?

All 4 episodes available on Disney Plus if you have subscription?

I recorded it on series link, so there shouldn't be a problem there, but I'll see if I can get it on catchup. Boxing Day is the 20th anniversary, so I'm guessing there'll be a second chance then too. Annoying though 😡

Sorted now. Found on catchup. Changed to SD & voila ! Thank you everyone for your kind help 🙏
