&lt;P&gt;It's PIN control which &lt;STRONG&gt;enables&lt;/STRONG&gt; broadcast of those films on Sky Cinema channels: without it they couldn't be on air during the daytime.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Of course, this is now hopelessly outdated with the widespread presence of streaming platforms that don't have to deploy Mandatory Daytime Protection because they didn't exist when the relevant legislation was formulated, but it's still UK law for 'broadcasting'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
