I have Netflix through sky and have done for years. It has now logged me out and saying my password is incorrect. I have just reset my password through Netflix and it's asking if I want to reactivate my account??? I already have an active account through sky??? Will I end up paying for it twice? Is Netflix down? I don't know what to do
