    <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost WIFI&amp;nbsp; for 3 days and sky engineer came and gave me new router and git me connected. But I'm still losing tv signal when it rains. It just has to be slightly raining and my tv glitches.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If that's Sky Q then you'd need to log a fault with Sky and book an installer visit for dish realignment.&amp;nbsp; Sky no longer provides this service for Sky+ HD unless there's an existing Sky Protect Device Insurance policy in place at the address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
