Why would you divulge the F1 result before a break on the football channel?? Just spoilt my afterno

Recorded the F1 Grand Prix as had to go out. Excited to see the race until Sky told us the winner just before going to a break whilst I was watching Spurs v Arsenal. Why the hell would you do that and ruin a lot of people planned afternoon who watch the F1 later!!!!

Skys belief is seemingly sport should be watched live. It's wasn't long ago were still using the tag "it's only live once" for every big sporting event.

Came to post essentially the same thing, it's being happening for 2 years now and is beyond ridiculous, who at Sky actually thinks is a great marketing strategy ?

Couldn't agree more. They absolutely need to stop doing this, or warn people! Had F1 on record, whilst watching football, and they blurt out the result. Completely out of order.
