Samsung Frame tv not showing sky home page

I have set up the Samsung Frame and got sky on it and can use the universal remote to change channels BUT when on a sky channel it will not let me me go back to the home page so not able to see the guide or my recordings. If I switch the tv off then straight back on the sky home page comes up.......Any ideas please

Sky on which platform?

Typically a 'universal' remote isn't actually as universal as it claims, and cannot actually operate a complex external device.

Thank you for your reply, our last Samsung remote allowed us to go back to sky home page but on the frame TV is does not seem to even on the normal Samsung remote, very annoying

Managed now to do it...for any one whio needs to know

Press 123 button

go along to coloured dots at end of numbers if brings up 6 icons and 4 colours

press on Home button and takes you back to sky home screen
