Why is part 2 of Series 4 of Vienna Blood missing?

It should have been available from 11 August but I can't find it on Catch up or if I try to get it by speaking into the remote. Any idea how to let Sky know this?

It is there but has been incorrectly titled as S4 ep1 but if you look at the synopsis it does say it is part 2 so you might have to search for it.

So is both parts on the same download? As only one tile comes up?

On my Sky+ box when searching two results show up for episode 1 as one is the missing episode 2.

Unfortunately, I had to use BBC i player to watch this as it definately wasn't accessible on Sky.

Thank you for your response though. I wish there was a contact email for Sky so that this type of thing can be reported.
