How to access all games on red button

Last Saturday I was able to access my team's game on Sky+ red button. Last night I was only able to access 8 out of 32 Caribou Cup games being played, none of which was my team. However, I know from other supporters' comments that they were able to watch my team on Sky+. How do I access more than 8 out of 32 games, and my team's games in particular?

I presume you have Sky Q and NOT Sky+ where you've posted?

So you don't have Sky+ or SkyQ or Sky Glass or a Sky Puck ... do you have NOWTV?

Then you need to raise those problem with Virgin as they are your provider, not Sky.
