Poor quality Sky plus

For goodness sake Sky. A fantastic new service Sky +. I was watching Chesterfield v Swindon. The quality was shocking - freezing every few seconds. I'm Chesterfield fan but have turned it off after 15 minutes. Get your house in order Sky before you release a new service.

You've posted in a forum for Sky Yahoo Mail. You're not emailing Sky, I'm afraid. I've not seen any other posts reporting this. A problem with your setup perhaps?

I do have to say Sky + is a great new channel BUT the difference in quality between the main feed vs streaming was huge. The sound and picture quality was no way as good. Yes its a new service, and I very much support it BUT Sky will need to improve the quality of the service soon 🙂 I have fantastic Wifi and Ethernet coverage, so I was slightly dissapointed, but not surprised it will take time

Importantly though a big thank you to Sky for this service and coverage

Watching Barrow v Port Vale tonight-video quality is ok but annoyingly commentary is a couple of seconds behind the video!
