[Urgent] Modulation for Zee TV and Zee Cinema

Hi,

We are the broadcaster for Zee TV and Cinema on France, and we don't receice the channels on sattelite since the modification of the modulation to 8PSK. Could i have a contact to solve this issue quickly ?

Zee TV, Zee Cinema and Zee Punjabi (all SD) are available at:

SID:

Zee TV HD is available at:

SID: 50475
Frequency: 11.112
Polarisation: H
Symbol Rate: 23

Modulation scheme: 8PSK

I'm assuming your company has the right to broadcast these channels, and is able to decrypt them. If you cannot receive these channels, your system(s)/device(s) may not be able to receive the DVB-S2 standard.

Yes, my compagnie have the right.

We was on QPSK since last Friday, it's for that i need to have contact with someone on satellite support for this channels.

@CJI_AD If you're an authorised rebroadcaster do you not have contact details for the channels your rebroadcasting?

You will need to contact Zee TV directly as it's nothing to do with Sky in the 1st place as they only provide EPG capacity, they are not responsible for the transmission of the channels fromm Zee TV.
