Hello

i am trying to activate the free subscription for discovery plus - but when trying to log details into discovery plus on the sky website having followed all instructions I have a screen saying "we can't do that at the moment"

Discovery+ runs in an app and isn't, therefore, available on Sky+ boxes.

What TV service you have because as you can see from the top of this page you have posted this in the Sky+ box forum which you clearly do not have.

Having same issue, phoned Sky who said it's because people trying to activate it for the Olympics which is rubbish as I've been trying to activate it for weeks, Sky weren't interested, said just keep trying!

Lost the will to live with sky so got D+ on Prime video, easy peasy 5 seconds 👍

Always accessed other apps on sky box with an activation code on the website and then started watching TV on hose apps no probs

As I have mentioned in another thread on the same subject ( shouldn't they be merged? ), you don't have to use Discovery+ via your Sky box, if you can, find the Discovery+ app on your Smart TV & use that instead. I did this earlier today without any issue at all.
