What channel are you trying to watch it on? Are you trying to watch it in HD without a HD add-on?

Assuming you are trying to download -& watch, you, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
