You can run a line test yourself bia the MySky app or online here:

If it finds nothing do you have a poor signal throughout your home or in certain rooms ?

Hello, my Sky broadband keeps buffering and the internet is very frustrating to use. I need someone to check my connection and investigate why this keeps happening. Please can you run a broadband line test and check for faults or problems with my router? If the problem can’t be fixed remotely, I’d like to know whether an engineer needs to visit. I’d also like a reference number for this issue, please.
