That's good advice as it is Sky's responsibility to get the hub to you so if needs be they would have to send you out another one.

So I go live tomorrow with sky broadband max. Router was returned to sky by Royal Mail ( RM) on Saturday. Reason incorrect address (Sky stream sent and received week before no issues). Various conversations with Sky who are dealing with back office staff, appear intent on trying to get RM to redeliver, rather than sending another to prevent service delays on switchover. They insist I should go ahead with the switch and they will keep it under review. I've spoken to different teams who say the same. Any advice?

Your activation can still take place without the hub so you should have no issues here, the issues you have is getting the hub sent to you.

That's it - other responses suggest they can only reissue once connected. Or their supplier confirms receipt of the original hub. Just knowing I'm going offline tomorrow but they suggest not to cancel
