Being tying to build a TV and broadband package online and its not working. Phone upd sky and spoke to someone saying that in order for me to take the TV and broadband deal. I must sign up for an eSIM 24 month contract with them. Is anyone else had this before or can someone say if this is true? whilst I'm aware if I don't use it I don't pay for it, It's not the point. Don't want to sign up for a eSIM contact I don't need nor want.

There is no requiremt to have a sim or esim to take out a TV & Broadband package with Sky, best option is to call again tomorrow or see if using a different brwser lets you sign up online.

That is completely wrong as you do not have to sign up to a Sky Mobile esim contract before you can sign up to a TV and Broadband package so if you can't place the order online I would try again by calling (don't mention the call you had before) and hopefully you will get a more helpful adviser.
