<title>topic Xbox NAT issues in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Xbox-NAT-issues/m-p/5392552#M597923</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently changed from BT to Sky and they sent me the new Sky max hub. All other devices work well however i have noticed the Xbox repeatedly has NAT issues and the PS5 says moderate NAT but works well. I have enabled UPnP and assigned a static IP but i still have NAT issues mainly on the Xbox. Everytime i turn the xbox on i have to do a NAT test before it will connect which is really annoying. I have done some research and it keeps cropping up about MAP-T being the problem. Does anyone know how i go about requesting MAP-T disable profile for Xbox Gaming and Console NAT Issues? I have tried contacting support but they just tell me my internet is connected and they can't do anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
