topic McAfee o2 subscription in Broadband

Hello everyone.

Many years ago, i subscribed to o2 (UK) for my broadband. The deal came with a free mcafee subscription for the duration of my contract with o2. A while ago, Sky took over the o2 business (and my contract) and i received an email from sky that my T&Cs would remain the same. It specifically stated that my McAfee free subcription would contine while I remained with Sky. This has been fine for about 10 years now. Yesterday, Mcafee on my laptop decided that the subscription had expired. I contacted both Sky and McAfee and each blamed the other and I got nowhere. Anyone else seen this issue?

Thanks for reading this,

Best wishes,

Ivan

Sky hasn't been offering McAfee to broadband customers for years, and now has a promotion with Norton.

Personally I'd suggest you've had a really good run which has now finally ended.
