Openreach never connected outside equipment

Hi, My installation was today and when the engineer arrived he informed me that Openreach hadn't install the external equipment but he installed all the internal equipment. Can anyone tell me when Openreach will come out to do the rest as I asked the engineer and he said he didn't know. I am slightly annoyed as I was not informed of any of this prior to today

@Bethbruty88 @Openreach work to their own timetable unfortunately and although the external work should have been done in advance it was not for whatever reason. Call Sky tomorrow by which time they should have the engineer's report and hopefully they can find out what the problem is and when it will be sorted.

Unfortunately the external task is potentially much more complicated than the internal job and involves either pole or duct working.
