If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account at about £6 per month then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.

Hi, my signal seems ok downstairs, but is very poor upstairs.

i used to have boosters, but when you gave me a new hub you didn't give me new boosters, and now the signal upstairs is too weak, so my devices are using those 5g and not my WiFi.

do I need new boosters, or can I connect my existing boosters to my new hub?

any ideas how I can improve my signal upstairs?
