I'd like someone to contact me reference the poor WiFi service we are receiving. It's so unreliable and even when it is up and running the connection and speed is poor. We are constantly having to unplug the router to reset it to get it back running again. Yet when I go to your website it says it's all fine even though I'm having to use my phones mobile data to access your website.
I'm extremely unhappy as we are paying over £90 for our package with sky.
