I am unable to connect directly via cable due to the house layout. The poor signal is not just the TV but my mobile and laptop as well. I have put a couple of repeaters in place but although the signal from the repeaters appear ok the internet access is shocking. I was with BT until I switched to Sky a few months ago and I never had any issues with the BT Home Hub 5. I am really regretting switching to Sky now. I am only a light user, no gaming, nothing but TV an mobile access.
