I kniow this from personal experience.

I suspect the issue is connecting the Hive Hub to a new Sky hub. Which Hive hub do you have? Does it connect by Ethernet cable or WiFI?

Do not have sky full fibre unless you are prepared to re-set every single piece of Amaszon alexa equipement and aABSOUTELY DO NOT if you have Hive or Halo heating app. The full fibre/new wiffi will not connect to the system so you are left with no heating.!

1 week and 2 days later, 1 heating engineer spent an hour here (at my cost) unable to fix and after we googled it - its a known problem and sky dont care. So here we are Sky passing me round like a parcel at a kids party - still no engineer sent out to fix it and 2 kids at home and no heating

DONT AGREE TO HAVE IT -
