It is comparativrely rare for CISAS to agree extra payments so I doubt forum members can comment on the delay but like most large companies delays do happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>CISAS Complaint</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After referring my complaint to CISAS, Sky agreed my further of £255 compensation. It's now 2 days before the 20 day deadline and all they have done is apply 2 credits totalling around £29 to my tb and broadband accounts. My complaint was in relation to Broadband/Sky Talk. I have no idea what these credits are for, or if they are related to my complaint. How likely is it that Sky will pay the compensation on time, or will I have to report to CISAS for non-compliance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
